First Course | Ensalada Tropical: Tropical salad with papaya, mango, jicama, candied cashews, and goat cheese over mixed greens with a Prosecco vinaigrette
Entreé | Pupusas Revueltas: Pupusas of chicken and asadero and cotija cheese, over black beans and Salvadoran rice with curtido (pickled cabbage) and recaudo (red salsa) OR Pupusas of black bean, corn and queso fresco, over Salvadoran rice and black beans with curtido (pickled cabbage) and recaerdo (red salsa)
Dessert | Leche Poleada: Espresso and cinnamon custard OR Quesadilla Salvadoreña: Sweet cheese pound cakes with orange chantilly cream.
