An original dance drama written and directed by Theresa Cardenas and choreographed by Pablo Rodarte, El Pintor, is based on Julio Romero de Torres' 1930 painting "La Chiquita Piconera" ("The Little Charcoal Maker").  The story, as told by three flamenco dancers, is one of love, pain, tragedy, and death.  Tickets at Ticketmaster outlets, Ticketmaster.com and in person at the NHCC box office.
