During this workshop, participants will engage in a family friendly museum tour of Augustine Romero’s sculptures in Fronteras del Futuro: Art in New Mexico and Beyond. Our project is inspired by his “gutter drones” which are sculptural mixed media creations. During this all-ages workshop, we will be working with wooden shapes, wheels, paint, and a variety of tools to create our own sculptural art piece to take home.
