The National Hispanic Cultural Center is pleased to offer children’s programming on Saturday mornings during June, July, and half of August, from 10:30 am to noon. Families can come to the Center for hands-on art activities, bilingual sing-alongs, outdoor activities in the Bosque, and story times in the Center’s library.
On June 11th, in honor of the National Institute of Flamenco’s Festival Flamenco Internacional, Cantando la Cultura we’ll present a performance of flamenco music and guitar. Presented by the Tierra Adentro’s Dance Ensemble and the National Institute of Flamenco. The class will combine history, music, dance and demonstrations.
