Are you ready to take your cooking skills to the next level? Instituto Cervantes Albuquerque, in partnership with the National Hispanic Cultural Center, presents a new Spanish cooking class: Christmas Recipes! Come join us, and learn how to cook delicious holiday dishes to surprise your family and friends. During the class, participants can learn Spanish as well, as it is taught in Spanish and translated into English. The menu is as follows:
Appetizer: Sopa de marisco (shellfish soup)
Entrée: Solomillo de cerdo al Pedro Ximénez (pork loin with Pedro Ximénez wine)
Dessert: Tarta de Santiago (cake of Saint James)
Drink: One glass of wine provided per person; extra wine may be purchased from Pop Fizz
