Yes, Chef: NM Department of Cultural Affairs seeking proposals for National Hispanic Cultural Center restaurant space

Albuquerque, NM – The New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs is seeking proposals from experienced restauranteurs to operate a nearly 2,000 square foot space on the National Hispanic Cultural Center’s Albuquerque campus. Proposals can be for any type of food and drink enterprise, such as an ice cream shop, bakery, coffee house, or specialty foods. The facility is an existing 1,970-square-foot small restaurant space with a commercial kitchen in the Center’s Pete V. Domenici Education Building. The street-facing space includes all commercial kitchen equipment, a dedicated outdoor dining area spanning approximately 1,700 square feet, and the exclusive use of two full liquor licenses for use at the leased premises, the Roy E.
