Albuquerque, NM – The New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs is seeking proposals from experienced restauranteurs to operate a nearly 2,000 square foot space on the National Hispanic Cultural Center’s Albuquerque campus. Proposals can be for any type of food and drink enterprise, such as an ice cream shop, bakery, coffee house, or specialty foods. The facility is an existing 1,970-square-foot small restaurant space with a commercial kitchen in the Center’s Pete V. Domenici Education Building.
