Q&A immediately following.

Rapture Productions presents After Orange, a documentary that explores the stigma of being an ex-con. The day-to-day struggle is both external — trying to do everyday essentials like finding a job, caring for their families, and paying the bills — and internal — increasing their self-worth, dealing with the guilt of betraying their loyalties, and finding the confidence to strive for a better future. Following the lives of ex-gang leader Jeffrey Padilla and cellmate and gang member Jeremiah Otero, we follow the first five years after their release. Can they beat the recidivism statistics and remain free?

Release Year: 2024 | Running time: 1 hour and 22 minutes | Country: USA| Language: English | Rated: PG13
