Sayra, a young Honduran girl, joins her father and uncle on a journey across the Latin American countryside to realize her dream of a new life in the United States. On the way, she crosses paths with Casper, a teenaged Mexican gang member who is trying to outrun his violent past and elude his unforgiving former associates.
