Instituto Cervantes Albuquerque, in partnership with the National Hispanic Cultural Center and Pop Fizz, again celebrates its monthly Spanish cooking class. In July, attendees will have the opportunity to taste a variety of delicious tapas, thanks to our Spanish chef Chari Arellano. The menu includes:
- Appetizer: Gazpacho
- Main course: Varied tapas including filet with caramelized onion and goat cheese, Spanish prawn tortilla, and patatas bravas (a classic dish of fried potatoes accompanied by a spicy sauce)
- Dessert: Flan
- Drink: One bottle of water and one glass of wine provided per person; additional wine may be purchased from Pop Fizz
