The purpose of Instituto Cervantes’ Spanish Cooking Classes is to learn to cook typical dishes from Spain. Join us in preparing these tasty and delicious recipes to surprise your family and friends. During the class, participants can learn Spanish as well, as it is taught in Spanish and translated into English. The menu is as follows:
Appetizer: Gazpacho (cold soup with tomato, garlic, and raw vegetables)
Entrée: Bacalao a la Vizcaina (Basque-style codfish)
Dessert: Natillas Caseras (cold vanilla pudding)
Drink: One glass of wine provided per person; extra wine may be purchased from Pop Fizz
All attendees are asked to bring a cutting board and a kitchen knife. Please contact Instituto Cervantes at 505-724-4777 by August 24 to enroll.
