Join us to hear from artists, Autumn Chacon, Aziza Murray, Ehren Kee Natay, and Nani Chacon (and possibly a couple more), about the roles that identity plays in their experiences as artists —what shows POC artists are invited to participate in, expectations and/or assumptions about what their work is about, whether they feel their work plays an important role in these conversations, what it’s like working with museums and galleries, etc. They will also have an opportunity to speak about their work in Because It’s Time.
