DESCRIPTION:7 pm \nBack by popular demand\, Patricia Dickinson Wells brings Bram Stoker’s macabre novel Dracula back to the stage for two breathtaking performances of a fully realized dance rendition\, Dracula\, A Love Story. Festival Ballet Albuquerque’s production promises to be a truly 21st century version of the 19th century story that continues to capture the imaginations of young and old alike. The company is also known for its critically acclaimed Firebird Ballet\, The Nutcracker in the Land of Enchantment\, Billy the Kid\, Coppelia\, and Midsummer Night’s Dream. \n$12\, $18\, $26\, $34\, $42 w/ $2 discount for seniors and children 12 years old and younger \n \n“Dracula meets Lestat” in this dramatic vampire production\, complete with choreography by Patricia Dickinson Wells\, sets by John Malolepsy\, lighting by Eric Kennedy\, lavish costumes\, and flying trickery provided by Flying by Foy from Las Vegas. DESCRIPTION:7:30 pm—Friday & Saturday \nCarnaval\, the festive season occurring before Lent in many countries\, is one of the world’s most widespread celebrations and one of its biggest parties. Frank Leto Musical Ventures and the NHCC continue their annual partnership to celebrate Carnaval at the Center with a festive and colorful evening of music\, dance\, and theatre\, featuring the Odara Dance Ensemble and the musical group PANdemonium.
