Maravilla provides direct support to the NHCC and its Foundation to promote, preserve and advance Hispanic arts, culture and humanities, while providing a unique cultural experience to attendees.   • NHCC Foundation Presents the 5th Annual Women’s Art Show

    10:00 am to 4:00 pm The Women’s Art Show displays work from approximately 50 female artists who are coming from throughout New Mexico to participate in this show. Half of the artists are coming from the following communities: Chimayo, Taos, Tijeras, Las Vegas, Rio Rancho, Los Lunas, Alcalde, Chamita, Espanola, Placitas, Santa Fe, Peralta, Los Ranchos, Santo Domingo, Las Cruces, Anthony, Santa Cruz and Cerrillos. Cecilia López, a talented Mexican-American opera soprano known as "The Daughter of Idaho," was born in Rupert, Idaho but currently lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
