An accomplished guitarist and producer and an equally prolific filmmaker, Jesse Cook has developed his talents to create experiences that delight audiences, both in concert and online. Presented by Opera Southwest and the National Hispanic Cultural Center, Frida is a lively celebration of one of the most iconic artists of the 20th century. Based on the life and work of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, it is a fully staged opera with orchestra, sung in Spanish with both Spanish and English translation supertitles, and presented in two acts with one intermission. Carnaval 2022: Queenie, Queen of Carnaval
