4:30 pm Alice King Community School presents Talent Extravaganza, its end-of-the-year school talent show showcasing kindergarten through fifth grade students in dancing, singing, instrumental, comedy, and other talent performances. $3

REZILIENCE 2016—Indigenous Arts Experience

9 am—Gates Open 5 pm—Main Concert REZILIENCE—Indigenous Arts Experience is an immersive, all-ages experience that focuses on modern Indigenous art processes. Artists include both nationally and locally recognized entertainers, muralists, multimedia artists, and poets. More than sixty Indigenous artists and art-related professionals representing the U.S., Canada, and Latin America will participate during the full-day event, sharing their talents, skills, and knowledge in eight creative arenas. Festival Flamenco Internacional: Exposición Flamenca & New Mexico True Fiesta de Apertura

Festival Flamenco Internacional: Compañía Manuel Liñán, Nómada

8 pm Festival Flamenco Internacional de Alburquerque presents Compañía Manuel Liñán in Nómada. Featuring three bailaoras, three bailaores, three singers, and two guitarists, the work is a “collective journey” framing the art of flamenco in different geographic regions and different textures. It develops Liñan’s work as a choreographer, director, and dancer—exploring the different worlds that sustain him on his diverse paths.
