DESCRIPTION:2 pm  \nTwo of the NHCC Summer Institutes for Youth—Voces and the Manoa Project—present a very special performance with the Arizona-based Safos Dance Theater: “Braceros: How We Remember\,” a performance of dance/movement with after-performance discussion. Join our teens for an exploration of the reality and legacy of The Braceros Program\, based on the NHCC exhibit\, “The Braceros Program: 1942-1964 – Photographed by the Hermanos Mayo.”  \nLocated in the NHCC Memorial Park between the Pete V. Domenici Education Building and the Roy E. Disney Center for Performing Arts. \nThis event is free and open to the public.
