Colcha Community Stitch A-long

9:30 am on the 4th Tuesday of each month Our Colcha community Workshop is open to all levels of experience in an informal setting. This workshop is instructed by Annette Gutierrez-Turk. Annette has taught this art form to groups internationally and at the NHCC for many years. She is also an award-winning artist, most recently recognized in 2019 at Santa Fe Spanish Market. Arte Poquito: Arte Conmigo

10:00 am Babies and toddlers ages 0 months to 4 years and their caregivers will have a chance to explore visual arts and even visit the NHCC Art Museum. This multi-sensory program includes time for socializing and art exploration. Arte Poquito is a free, monthly, 45-minute program for babies and toddlers ages 0 months to 4 years and their caregivers that cultivates creativity and self-expression through the exploration of Hispanic/Latine arts and culture. In the final days of the exhibition, experience 21 musical compositions on vinyl records playing once more in the gallery as they erode and change over time. Visit during NHCC Museum hours, 10am – 4pm, April 21 – 23.
