DESCRIPTION:The 2017 Winter Spanish markets\, presented by the Spanish Colonial Arts Society\, will be held on the NHCC campus Dec. 2-3. You will find authentic 400 year old traditions and innovative Spanish Colonial style artwork\, made by New Mexico artists and enjoy the Hispanic festival. This monumental fresco depicts thousands of years of Hispanic history highlighting diverse cultural connections between people and places from the Iberian Peninsula to the Americas. The 4\,000 square foot painting is one of the largest frescos in North America. \nThe digitized imagery of the painting ensures that this culturally significant work can be a sharing and learning experience for students and families anywhere.
