  • Cuban Poetry Reading

    6 pm Two award-winning poets from Cuba, Ruiz Montes and Alfredo Zaldívar, will be coming to Albuquerque in April to launch two new books of poetry, published by Red Mountain Press in Santa Fe. The books will be bilingual editions, with Spanish-English translations provided by renowned poet Margaret Randall. The two poets, who are current editor and founder, respectively, of Ediciones Vigía, an internationally known handmade book collective, will discuss that collective and will present bilingual readings of their works.
