    6 pm Vincent Valdez, a visual artist based in Houston, Texas, received his B.F.A. at The Rhode Island School of Design in Providence in 2000. He has had solo exhibitions and participated in group shows at venues, such as, Blanton Museum of Art, University of Texas at Austin; David Shelton Gallery, Houston, Texas; McNay Art Museum, San Antonio, Texas; MASS MoCA; National Portrait Gallery, Washington, D.C.; and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Bentonville, Arkansas.
