Ballet Folklórico Santa Fe and the NHCC Present Traditions! Folklórico Dance Spectacular

Come early and enjoy a full night of music and dance! Traditions is a folkloric dance showcase featuring three New Mexico ensembles, including Ballet Folklórico Santa Fe, Albuquerque’s Grupo Folklórico Desoluna, and northern New Mexico’s Baile Ilusión, accompanied by Banda Neluayotl from Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. 5th Annual South American Folk Fair

The festival will feature traditional food and folkloric dances from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú and Venezuela. No experience necessary. 7 pm to 8 pm Intermediate and Advanced – In order to participate in this class, dancers must know how to keep time, closed position calls, dame, enchufla, and outside turn.
