Explorar las Artes: Baila Conmigo

10:00 am Children 18 months to 4 years and their caregivers will have the chance to explore arts through traditional New Mexico dance and other dance forms using ribbon sticks, rhythm instruments, and even flamenco.  Explorar las Artes is a free, bi-monthly 45-minute program for toddlers ages 18 months to 4 years and caregivers that cultivates creativity and self-expression through the exploration of Hispanic/Latine arts and culture. Oralidad Festival: Songs and Stories from the Native American Performing Arts Program

11:00 am Music, dance, and storytelling intermingle in a program that showcases Native American pride and culture. It is an intertribal presentation, directed by John Williams, that will be performed by students from Albuquerque Public Schools. The program will include two Native American songs, two winter stories accompanied by performances, and a Native American dance that allows for audience participation. Elizabeth is known for her work in casting on Stranger Things (2022), Logan (2017), Sicario (2015), and Terminator Salvation (2009), among other movies and shows. Elizabeth's deep knowledge of casting and production make her the perfect person to kick off Season 2 of Broadway Bound LIVE. This masterclass is open to members of the community.
