This night offers a MainStage showcase of some of New Mexico’s hardest working dancers\, dance teachers\, choreographers\, and dance students\, who may not have opportunities to demonstrate their art. The evening begins with an hour of dance shows in the Albuquerque Journal Theatre. At the end of the showcase\, Fausto Cuevas y La Moderna will perform in the HLA Fountain Courtyard. \n$20 w/ $2 discount for NHCC Foundation members\, children 12 years old and younger free \n \nFausto Cuevas y La Moderna\, the Monday night house band for the World Famous Floridita Restaurant in Los Angeles\,  California is a High Energy Salsa Band that takes Latin Tradition to Modern heights!!! From Cuban Guaguanco\, Yambu\, Salsa\, Cumbia\, Son\, y Chachacha Fausto’s unique blend of styles redefine the boundaries of today’s Salsa Band. La Moderna’s infectious swing will have the audience on it’s feet grooving & dancing the night away. \nA World Renown Percussionists based in Oxnard\, CA.
