    7 pm Albuquerque master guitarist Gustavo Pimentel (“The Guitarist”) has been exposed to the finest exemplars of guitar music since childhood, beginning his studies in 1974 in the studios of Pimentel & Sons Guitarmakers. He graduated in 1995 from Mexico City’s prestigious Estudio de Arte Guitarrístico. Internationally recognized as a classical guitarist, he has performed in Spain and Germany as well as Mexico City.     12 pm to 5 pm A Vision of History through Fresco… Mundos de Mestizaje by Frederico Vigil is a mural housed in the Torreón on the campus of the National Hispanic Cultural Center. This monumental fresco depicts thousands of years of Hispanic history highlighting diverse cultural connections between people and places from the Iberian Peninsula to the Americas.
