DESCRIPTION:Siempre Creativo: Cooking\nWednesday\, June 24\, 2026\n3:00 & 5:00 pm \nStreet Food Institute (1411 4th St SW) \nJoin NHCC at Street Food Institute (1411 4th St SW) for demonstration-based cooking classes\, each focused on one region’s most iconic\, approachable dishes. Each class covers two recipes\, technique demonstrations and tasting. On June 24\, we will be exploring the cuisine of Peru (Lima / Andean influence) with a pair of recipes. \n· Ceviche clásico con leche de tigre. \n· Lomo saltado (stir-fry beef with soy/aji amarillo). \nThese workshops are part of the NHCC’s Siempre Creativo program\, which provides free multidisciplinary arts programs for seniors. Due to a smaller class size\, each class will be offered twice in one day.
