Gale Memorial Lecture Series 2023-2024: José Villalobos

Guerrilla Opera: A Discussion with Composer/Director Nathan Felix
Salón Ortega 1701 4th Street SW, Albuquerque, NM6:00pm A discussion with composer/director Nathan Felix about his guerilla approach to opera and staging unconventional classical music performances in non-traditional spaces and how it relates to his collaboration with NHCC. Felix will also give a retrospective insight into his process and inspiration behind his imaginative works such as '6 Pianos in Surround Sound', 'Opera on a Bus' and 'Immersive Operas'.
