This workshop is instructed by Annette Gutierrez-Turk. Annette has taught this art form to groups internationally and at the NHCC for many years. Art Museum Reception: Paño Connections – Corazon Knows No Bounds
Visual Art Museum 1701 4th Street SW, Albuquerque, NM, United States5:00pm - 7:00pm Join us for a free public reception to celebrate the opening of Paño Connections - Corazon Knows No Bounds. The Art Museum at the National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC) is honored to host the exhibition Paño Connections organized by artist and guest curator Eric "Christo" Martinez. On display in the Community Gallery, which is dedicated to showcasing art by New Mexican artists, this exhibit explores artworks inspired by paños (drawings on handkerchiefs) and other artworks created by incarcerated artists. Happy Arte Hour

This is a great opportunity for friends to hang out, a unique date night option, or a place to come solo and connect with fellow art enthusiasts. Drinks and snacks will be available to purchase.
