In this play written by New Mexico Senator Bill O’Neill, we meet two senators: an older urban and liberal senator and his colleague, a younger rural and conservative senator. Frank Leto will be celebrating his 18th annual Carnaval performance at the NHCC’s Roy E. Disney Center for the Performing Arts with a production entitled Homage. This unique production will pay respect to the rhythms, cultures and people who have influenced Frank and Pilar Leto. NHCC-Newsletter-November-2-307:00 pm to 9:00 pm We are excited to announce Round 6: 48 Hour Film Challenge. In this round, the remaining contestants have been paired with film crews from across the City to write, film, and edit an 8-minute short film in just 48 hours. This challenge will showcase their acting abilities alongside prepared monologues that they have taped. The evening will begin at 7pm with a silent auction and meet and greet with the cast to precede the screenings. This is a time to mingle with the contestants, get autographs on (more...)
