10 am Festival Ballet Albuquerque and the NHCC, with choreography by Patricia Dickinson Wells, present The Nutcracker Ballet in the Land of Enchantment. This beloved holiday classic comes to life in the late 1800s in territorial New Mexico, with many surprises including Spanish and flamenco dancers, dancing southwestern snakes, sheep and shepherdesses, hummingbirds, a lively fandango, and a storyteller doll with children.
