Spanish Cooking Classes: Tapas!

6 pm The purpose of Instituto Cervantes’ Spanish Cooking Classes is to learn to cook typical dishes from Spain, always using fresh local ingredients from New Mexico. All attendees will have the opportunity to prepare these dishes from scratch. During the Tapas! class, participants can learn Spanish as well. Our chef is from Spain, and the class is taught in Spanish and translated into English. Tapas, the theme for this month’s class, are one of the best-known appetizers in Spain, combining a variety of ingredients and flavors.
