ABQ Latin Dance Festival 2017: Timbalive

7 pm to 12 am The annual Albuquerque Latin Dance Festival, a three-day celebration of rhythm and movement, features performances by world-class dancers as well as non-competitive dance showcases, parties, and workshops. Additional attractions include dance films, lectures, and live musical performances. Friday night’s event, following Latin Dance Night in Old Town, is a fun-filled evening of salsa dancing at the NHCC.  The festival’s main concert on Saturday night features Leo García and Timbalive, for a magical night of music and dance on the Center’s Plaza Mayor. (more…)

Bosque Chile Festival

10 am to 7 pm A celebration of food, art, and culture on the Rio Grande, presented by Bernalillo County and the National Hispanic Cultural Center.
