Cecilia López, a talented Mexican-American opera soprano known as "The Daughter of Idaho," was born in Rupert, Idaho but currently lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Ms. López's musical career began when she was a little child and began singing mariachi songs that her mother had taught her.
