    8 pm In their third performance at the NHCC, the New Mexico Jazz Latino Orchestra (NMJLO) will again present a two-part show featuring an opening set of straight-up Latin jazz and a second set fusing folkloric rhythms with jazz elements.     February 17, 20, 22 & 24, 2019 2 pm -- Sundays 7:30 pm—Wednesday & Friday Opera Southwest presents Astor Piazzolla’s María de Buenos Aires, a fully-staged opera with orchestra, sung in Spanish with both English and Spanish translation supertitles, and presented in two acts with one intermission. OSW is thrilled to present Piazzolla’s only opera in partnership with the National Hispanic Cultural Center.       The NHCC’s Roy E. Disney Center for Performing Arts is closed due to a facilities issues. As a result, this weekend’s performances of the National Institute of Flamenco’s performances of “Yjastros 34” at the National Hispanic Cultural Center, on March 15 and 16, are canceled.
