11 am On Albuquerque’s Classical 95.5 KHFM and 98.7 WFMT-FM in Chicago A live national broadcast of the world premiere performance of the opera Bless Me, Ultima, on Albuquerque’s Classical 95.5 KHFM and 98.7 WFMT-FM in Chicago, hosted by Valerie Martinez. Opera Southwest, along with the National Hispanic Cultural Center and San Jose’s Opera Cultura, is thrilled to have commissioned this work based on Rudolfo Anaya’s best-selling novel. While we work out the details, the Odara Dance Ensemble will be holding online auditions on Saturday, October 17th. Please register for an audition by emailing odaradance@gmail.com by October 15th.
