A reprise of two powerful stories about the LGBTQ+ communities by Andrew Lippa. I Am Harvey Milk chronicles the life of the civil rights leader who became one of the first openly gay men to be elected to public office in California. Unbreakable presents a historical arc to the experiences of LGBTQ+ people over the last 12 decades, illuminated by stories drawn from real-life stories throughout LGBTQ+ history. $20, $30, $45 & $60. 5:00 - 7:30 pm Join us for a free public reception celebrating the opening of the exhibition, Voces del Pueblo: Artists of the Levantamiento Chicano in New Mexico, curated by Ray Hernández-Durán, Ph.D. and Irene Vásquez, Ph.D. This is an exhibition 7 years in the making that feature a group of New Mexican artists who were among the earliest generation of Chicana and Chicano activists in the state.
