Visual Art Museum 1701 4th Street SW, Albuquerque, NM, United States10:00 am to 4:00 pm The Art Museum presents multiple exhibitions in its three gallery spaces each year and welcomes visitors of all ages. Our three galleries showcase artworks from a range of media that focus on diverse subject matter and examine identity and culture. On the first Sunday of every month, the Visual Arts Museum is free to all New Mexico residents!

Saturday Special- Torreón Tour: Mundos de Mestizaje
NHCC Torreón 1701 4th street SW, Albuquerque, NM, United States11:00 am In addition to our regularly scheduled Thursday and Friday Torreón Tours, the National Hispanic Cultural Center now has a newly added Saturday Tour on the second Saturday of every month. This is a guided tour of the Mundos de Mestizaje fresco created by artist Frederico Vigil, located in the Torreón on the NHCC Campus, depicting thousands of years of Hispanic culture, history, and identity. Admission to the tour is $2 and tickets are available for advance purchase below. Tickets can also be purchased in the New Mexico Mutual Welcome (more...)

Artist Chisme: Creative Conversations
Visual Art Museum 1701 4th Street SW, Albuquerque, NM, United States2:00 to 4:00 pm Join the curator and artist Vicente Telles along with artists Vanessa Alvarado, Eric Romero, and Daisy Quezada Ureña for a fun and casual afternoon celebrating the NHCC art exhibition Rendered Presence: Artistas de Nuevo México. Attendees will have a chance to walk through the exhibit with the artists. Community, artists and NHCC staff will sit and relax in the museum while participating in engaging conversation.
