  • Roadrunner Food Bank Distribution Location

    NHCC Campus 1701 4th Street SW, Albuquerque, NM

    11 am The NHCC will be a special drive-thru distribution location for the Roadrunner Food Bank on Wednesday, December 23rd starting 11am. The Roadrunner Food Bank of New Mexico supplies food to hundreds of organizations throughout New Mexico and it is an honor to be a distribution partner during this difficult holiday season.   • Celebrating Traditions

    Christmas Day is usually filled with get togethers with family and friends and if you are in New Mexico attending dances at one of the Pueblos. Holiday celebrations represent rich cultural and artistic traditions. We thought we would bring a little bit of the museum to you, the objects represented are integral to holiday festivities.   • Art Making: Día de los Reyes Crown 

    Celebrate Día de los Reyes (Three Kings' Day), with a crown! Día de los Reyes, also known as the Epiphany is celebrated on January 6th across Latin America, in Spain, and by Latinx communities around the world. This feast day commemorates the visitation of the Santo Niño (Infant Jesus) by the three wise men and, for some, marks the end of the Christmas season.
