Chatter: Become Ocean

The program features Become Ocean by John Luther Adams, a Pulitzer Prize– and Grammy Award–winning composition known for its vast, immersive soundscape that evokes the rising sea. Modeled on the grandeur of Bach’s Mass in B Minor and the Salzburg ceremonial tradition, Mozart’s Mass in C Minor blends contrapuntal rigor with operatic brilliance.
