Colcha Community Stitch A-long

9:30 am in-person 10:30 am Zoom Our Colcha Community Stich-A-Long is open to all levels of experience in an informal setting. This workshop is instructed by Annette Gutierrez-Turk. Annette has taught colcha, a Spanish Colonial embroidery style, to groups internationally and at the NHCC for many years. She is also an award-winning artist, most recently recognized in 2019 at Traditional Spanish Market in Santa Fe. Annette will demonstrate as well as answer questions. The National Spanish Spelling Bee is open to students in grades 4 through 8 who have placed in a state or regional Spanish Spelling Bee during the year of the National Bee.
